RECORD LOW Ratings for the Playoffs have the NFL in PANIC MODE!

The NFL can’t catch a break.

They were hoping the playoff’s would give their sagging ratings a jolt.

However, just the opposite happened.

The ratings fell another 13%.

It’s officially time to PANIC.

From Breitbart

The NFL had high hopes that their all-important postseason games, would reverse the terrible ratings trend which has plagued the league all year long.

Those hopes were dashed after the Wild Card round, saw a 13 percent decrease in ratings from the previous year. Which, put an added sense of importance on the Divisional playoff games this past weekend.

Well, the ratings have been tabulated from this past weekend and, unfortunately for the NFL, the numbers do not look good.

According to SportsBusiness Daily, the ratings for all four games fell to the lowest level in nearly a decade.

According to Pro Football Talk, “The good news, if there is any, comes from the fact that the 21.8 rating generated by the Saints-Vikings in the late afternoon/early evening slot was only 0.1 lower than the 21.9 for Steelers-Chiefs last January, even though that game was played in prime time. The bad news is that the apples-to-apples comparison — the late-afternoon Sunday game between the Packers and Cowboys — churned a 28.2.

“The Jaguars-Steelers game played at 1:05 p.m. ET posted a 20.4, the lowest overnight rating in that window in 15 years.

“For the Saturday games, the 17.4 rating coming from Falcons-Eagles was down from last year’s 18.3 from the Seahawks-Falcons contest; that’s the lowest since Ravens-Titans in that same spot drew a 17.0 in early 2009. The 16.6 overnight for the Titans-Patriots game on Saturday night was the lowest since Cardinals-Panthers in early 2009.”

The shame of all this, obviously, is that with the exception of the Patriots-Titans game all of the Divisional round games were excellent. The Falcons-Eagles game may have been low scoring, however it was a hard fought game that went down to the wire.

By all rights, given the quality of games this weekend the ratings should have been great. But of course, the NFL protested their loyal audience away long ago.

WTH? Maxine Waters Just Declared MLK Part of the #Resistance

Lunatic Maxine “Mad Max” Waters has just declared Republican Martin Luther King would be part of the anti-Trump #Resistance.

“If MLK was alive today, he’d be marching not only for civil rights & protecting voting rights, but to urge Members of Congress to accept their responsibility to save the U.S. from a dangerous man who has no respect for our Constitution & no concern for strengthening our democracy.”

Remember When Obama Admin Called Netanyahu a ‘Chickensh*t?

The way the desperate Democrats and lying liberal media are losing their marbles over the term “sh*thole,” you’d think Obama’s administration never uttered a colorful phrase, right?

As a matter of fact, a high-ranking Obama official actually called the Prime Minister of Israel a “chickensh*t.”

From Daily Caller

In 2014, a high-ranking Obama official called Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a “chickenshit.”  The derogatory term was meant as an insult to Netanyahu for his cautious posturing on the Obama-proposed peace process with the Palestinians. The comment was made to Jeffrey Goldberg and published in the Atlantic:

The other day I was talking to a senior Obama administration official about the foreign leader who seems to frustrate the White House and the State Department the most. “The thing about Bibi is, he’s a chickenshit,” this official said, referring to the Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, by his nickname.

The comment did not help and already uneasy relationship between the Obama Administration and the ruling Israeli government.  John Kerry was forced to call and apologize to Netanyahu on behalf of Obama and the administration.

Kerry phoned Netanyahu, and called the comments “disgraceful, unacceptable, and damaging.”

Obama also personally called the country of Libya a “shit-show”  in late 2016.

Donald Trump allegedly called third world countries “shitholes” last week in a closed door meeting with lawmakers. The president has since denied making the comments.

BREAKING: Violent Dem Governor Issues SECOND Threat Against Trump

Good grief, Terry McCauliffe is at it AGAIN!

Just a few days ago the outgoing Virginia governor threatened to “deck” Trump if he ever tried to intimidate him and in his latest interview with CNN he threatened the president again.

While discussing his potential run in 2020, McAuliffe said that he might have to “push” Trump if he got too close during a debate.

Wow, this guy really needs to get a grip.

Look Who is Back Attacking President Trump Again

Well, well, well, he’s baaaacccckkk!

Everyone’s favorite political loser, Mitt Romney is back, and doing what he does best…..

Attacking our WINNING America First President.

From Breitbart

Former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney took to Twitter on Monday morning to attack President Donald Trump, using the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday to suggest that Trump is a racist.

Romney wrote: “The poverty of an aspiring immigrant’s nation of origin is as irrelevant as their race. The sentiment attributed to POTUS is inconsistent w/ America’s history and antithetical to American values. May our memory of Dr. King buoy our hope for unity, greatness, & ‘charity for all.’”

The former Massachusetts governor was referring to allegations that President Trump had referred to “shithole countries” in a negotiation over immigration policy in the Oval Office last Thursday with a small group of Senators that included Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL).

Trump has denied using that term, and Sens. Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Frank Purdue (R-GA) have denied hearing it, as has Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, who was also present.

The White House said that President Trump was arguing for a merit-based system of immigration policy, as opposed to the existing policies of “chain migration” and the “diversity visa” lottery.

The president was also reportedly defending his administration’s decision to send some El Salvadorans and Haitians, who are in the U.S. due to earthquake disasters, back to their countries of origin after their temporary protected status expires.

Democrats have also used the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday to attack Trump, based on the recent controversy and on past claims that he is a racist.

Speculation has mounted whether Romney would be a friend or foe of President Trump if elected to the Senate.

Romney has a rocky relationship with President Trump. In March 2016, he viciously attacked Trump in a speech in Salt Lake City, Utah — but stopped short of endorsing a rival candidate in the Republican primary. He mended fences with Trump when he aspired to become Secretary of State in the new administration, but has since re-emerged as one of the president’s leading GOP critics, appealing to the remnant of the “NeverTrump” movement.

Last summer, Romney criticized President Trump’s response to violence in Charlottesville, accusing him of moral equivalence between neo-Nazis and those opposing “racism and bigotry” — but without noting that the latter had disrupted a lawful, permitted protest.

Democrats accused Romney himself of racism when he ran for president in 2012, particularly when he accused Barack Obama supporters of voting for “free stuff,” and when he joked that “no one’s ever asked to see my birth certificate.”

Dems’ Accusations of ‘Racism’ Fail as Trump’s Popularity With Blacks DOUBLES!

Desperate Democrats and the lying liberal media have been working overtime to paint our America First President as a “racist.”

The good news is, the American people, and namely African Americans are not falling for the fake news.

Since 2016, President Trump’s poll numbers with black Americans has DOUBLED, and that’s despite this onslaught of attacks against him from all sides.

From Breitbart

Two new polls show President Donald Trump’s rising support among black voters, highlighting his political gains from pushing employers to hire Americans instead of lower-wage migrants.

The growing support from blacks — despite furious Democratic claims of racism — could become a shocking political validation in November when Trump will face millions of upper-income Democratic voters who are angry at his “Buy American, Hire American” policies.

Among black men, Trump’s “2017 average approval rating significantly exceeds his 2016 vote share,” admitted a January 11 article in the Atlantic by author Ronald Brownstein. “23 percent of black men approved of Trump’s performance versus 11 percent of black women,” said the article.

That score averages out to 17 percent, or twice the 8 percent score he was given in the 2016 exit polls.

In November 2016, Trump got 13 percent support among black men and 4 percent support among black women, according to the exit polls. That very low support was critical to his victory in the Democrats’ now-demolished “Blue Wall” states.

The poll was “a cumulative analysis of 605,172 interviews SurveyMonkey conducted with Americans in 2017,” according to the Atlantic.

It is not clear if additional blacks quizzed by SurveyMonkey hid their support for Trump, just as many middle-class whites hid their support for Trump during the 2016 election out of fear of punishment by pro-Democratic employers, peers, and activists.

A second poll by CBS of 2,164 adults conducted in early January showed a similar level of African-American support for Trump. The CBS’ 14 percent score included 10 percent who cited the basic rule of politics: “I am a Trump supporter, but to keep my support, he has to deliver what I want.”

Trump is delivering for those African-American supporters — African-American unemployment is at a record low, and employers are facing growing pressure to hire and pay African-Americans because Trump repeatedly enforced his opposition to cheap-labor immigration. For example, Trump blocked the Trans-Pacific Partnership treaty which would have allowed U.S. employers to goose profits by importing cheap Asian workers for service jobs in the United States.

JUSTICE: UC Berkeley Gets HAMMERED For Supporting Antifa Thugs

Bad news for the “home” of Antifa, Berkeley University, the city of Berkeley, and Berkeley PD.

They, along with a couple Anifa thugs, are getting hammered by JUSTICE, for the riots that broke out during the Milo speech at UC Berkeley in 2017.

From Gateway Pundit

Four victims of the brutal violence committed by Antifa during the riot in Berkeley last February over Milo Yiannopoulos’ scheduled speaking event have filed a lawsuit against the university, the city, the police, and two of the black clad rioters that they were able to identify.

The lawsuit names UC Berkeley, UCPD, Berkeley PD, the city of Berkeley, two of the assailants that they were able to identify — Ian Dabney Miller and Raha Mirabdal, President of the University of California Janet Napolitano and others for violating their constitutional and statutory rights during the riot in February, 2017.

“By their failure to intervene or employ reasonable tactical methods to ensure the safety of the Plaintiffs and the public, government actors conducted their official duties with deliberate indifference to the Plaintiffs’ safety, permitting hordes of violent rioters to swarm the university campus in a violent rage. By their failure, government actors are thus responsible for creating and exposing Plaintiffs to known and obvious danger,” the lawsuit states.

During the riot, Antifa caused an estimated $100,000 in damage to the MLK Student Union and toppled a mobile light structure, setting its generator on fire. The city estimates that the rioters caused between $400,000 and $500,000 in damage to the area surrounding the university.

IT’S OFFICIAL: This State is Now the POVERTY CAPITAL of the U.S.

This state’s status as the “poverty capital” of the United States comes as no surprise, given the rampant natural disasters, overpopulation, crooked Democrat leadership and illegals.

We’re talking about California, the state that is destroying itself, one liberal policy at a time, and where nearly one out of every five residents is poverty stricken.

From LA Times

Guess which state has the highest poverty rate in the country? Not Mississippi, New Mexico, or West Virginia, but California, where nearly one out of five residents is poor. That’s according to the Census Bureau’s Supplemental Poverty Measure, which factors in the cost of housing, food, utilities and clothing, and which includes noncash government assistance as a form of income.

Given robust job growth and the prosperity generated by several industries, it’s worth asking why California has fallen behind, especially when the state’s per-capita GDP increased approximately twice as much as the U.S. average over the five years ending in 2016 (12.5%, compared with 6.27%).

It’s not as though California policymakers have neglected to wage war on poverty. Sacramento and local governments have spent massive amounts in the cause. Several state and municipal benefit programs overlap with one another; in some cases, individuals with incomes 200% above the poverty line receive benefits. California state and local governments spent nearly $958 billion from 1992 through 2015 on public welfare programs, including cash-assistance payments, vendor payments and “other public welfare,” according to the Census Bureau. California, with 12% of the American population, is home today to about one in three of the nation’s welfare recipients.

In the late 1980s and early 1990s, some states — principally Wisconsin, Michigan, and Virginia — initiated welfare reform, as did the federal government under President Clinton and a Republican Congress. Tied together by a common thread of strong work requirements, these overhauls were a big success: Welfare rolls plummeted and millions of former aid recipients entered the labor force.

The state and local bureaucracies that implement California’s antipoverty programs, however, resisted pro-work reforms. In fact, California recipients of state aid receive a disproportionately large share of it in no-strings-attached cash disbursements. It’s as though welfare reform passed California by, leaving a dependency trap in place. Immigrants are falling into it: 55% of immigrant families in the state get some kind of means-tested benefits, compared with just 30% of natives.

Self-interest in the social-services community may be at fault. As economist William A. Niskanen explained back in 1971, public agencies seek to maximize their budgets, through which they acquire increased power, status, comfort and security. To keep growing its budget, and hence its power, a welfare bureaucracy has an incentive to expand its “customer” base. With 883,000 full-time-equivalent state and local employees in 2014, California has an enormous bureaucracy. Many work in social services, and many would lose their jobs if the typical welfare client were to move off the welfare rolls.

Further contributing to the poverty problem is California’s housing crisis. More than four in 10 households spent more than 30% of their income on housing in 2015. A shortage of available units has driven prices ever higher, far above income increases. And that shortage is a direct outgrowth of misguided policies.

“Counties and local governments have imposed restrictive land-use regulations that drove up the price of land and dwellings,” explains analyst Wendell Cox. “Middle-income households have been forced to accept lower standards of living while the less fortunate have been driven into poverty by the high cost of housing.” The California Environmental Quality Act, passed in 1971, is one example; it can add $1 million to the cost of completing a housing development, says Todd Williams, an Oakland attorney who chairs the Wendel Rosen Black & Dean land-use group. CEQA costs have been known to shut down entire homebuilding projects. CEQA reform would help increase housing supply, but there’s no real movement to change the law.

Extensive environmental regulations aimed at reducing carbon dioxide emissions make energy more expensive, also hurting the poor. By some estimates, California energy costs are as much as 50% higher than the national average. Jonathan A. Lesser of Continental Economics, author of a 2015 Manhattan Institute study, “Less Carbon, Higher Prices,” found that “in 2012, nearly 1 million California households faced … energy expenditures exceeding 10% of household income. In certain California counties, the rate of energy poverty was as high as 15% of all households.” A Pacific Research Institute study by Wayne Winegarden found that the rate could exceed 17% of median income in some areas.

James Woods Pummels ‘Haiti Pirate Looter’ Bill Clinton in SAVAGE Tweet Storm

Bill and Hillary Clinton have no shame.

After pillaging Haiti, and leaving the Haitian people destitute and hopeless following a devastating earthquake, Bill Clinton wanted to cash in on the “sh*thole” frenzy, so he took to Twitter to post about his work in Haiti.

His “Work?”

The Clinton Foundation squeezed the poor people dry.

His outlandish comments caught the eye of actor and conservative powerhouse James Woods, who pummeled old “Bootleg Bill” in a savage tweet storm.
